 Liberty Pet Hospital is a full-service animal hospital serving Powell and its surrounding areas including Columbus, Dublin, and Delaware. Your pets' health and well-being are very important to us, and we take every possible measure to give your animals the care they deserve. We treat dogs and cats. Liberty Pet Hospital employs state-of-the-art equipment to offer a variety of services, including routine medical, surgery, and dental care, health screening tests, emergencies, digital body and dental x-rays, and nutrition counseling. In addition, we place a high priority on proper monitoring of our patients during anesthetic procedures and throughout their stay in our hospital.  Creating and maintaining a lifelong relationship with you and your pets is a focus at Liberty Pet Hospital. We aspire to provide elite customer service and premium care for the lifetime of your pet. We are open weekdays and both Saturday and Sunday to provide timely and convenient service nearby. My love for animals began young, nurtured by parents who encouraged caring for pets and wildlife. In high school I volunteered at the Pittsburgh Zoo and worked for our vet, which inspired me to pursue veterinary medicine. I earned a BS from Baldwin Wallace College and a DVM from Ohio State, practicing since 2009 and opening Liberty Pet Hospital in 2015. My interests include dermatology, dentistry, behavior, and surgery. I value honesty, trust, and building lasting client relationships.

Dr. DeLauter graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and has worked in both general practice and emergency care. She has a special interest in surgery and lives in Marysville with her daughter and Chihuahua mix. In her free time, she enjoys family, friends, and working out.

Dr. Decker earned her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University in 2009 and completed a small animal internship in Florida. She has experience in emergency, shelter, and general practice, with special interests in surgery, critical care, and oncology. She enjoys helping families through every stage of their pet's life.

Dr. Marette earned her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University in 2016 and has worked in small animal practice since. Her interests include preventative care, internal medicine, and dentistry. She enjoys time with her husband and two daughters, exploring Columbus, crafting, reading, traveling, and cheering for the Buckeyes.

With over 14 years in the veterinary field, she began at a front desk and worked her way into management after earning a degree in Animal Science from The Ohio State University. She enjoys supporting her team and clients, and at home, she loves spending time with her husband, young daughter, and two pets. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and family adventures.

Practice Manager

Kirsten graduated from Bradford School in 2013 with a degree in Veterinary Technology and became a Registered Vet Tech soon after. She lives in Central Ohio with her daughter, Ava, and two dogs, Tawnie and Titan. In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to music.

A Registered Veterinary Technician since 2015, they have experience in emergency medicine, general practice, urgent care, orthopedic surgery, and management. Dedicated to treating every pet like their own, they also enjoy fitness, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with their wife, four Golden Retrievers, and family.
